The Dulwich Wine Society (formed in 1991) meets at 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings at The Rosendale, 65 Rosendale Road, West Dulwich, London SE21 8EZ.
At the tastings, a speaker introduces a number of different wines on a theme. In addition to regular contributions from members, speakers include lecturers, wine merchants and Masters of Wine. Cheese and biscuits are available mid-way through the meeting, which provides a chance to get to know others socially.
Membership for the 13 week autumn session costs £40.
The cost per evening is £15 for members, and £25 for non-members (this includes the talk, all the wines, and refreshments for the evening).
If you are thinking of joining the Dulwich Wine Society and wish to sample an evening before committing yourself to the full session, a reduction in membership may be negotiated. We recommend that you bring at least two tasting glasses with you.
