The Dulwich Wine Society is an unincorporated members' association. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean the Society and its committee.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

3. Membership

Membership is sold on a seasonal basis and is personal to the member. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Membership entitles you to attend events at the member rate during the membership period.

5. Conduct

Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, speakers, and venue staff. The committee reserves the right to refuse entry or membership to anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

By posting a comment on the website you confirm that the content is your own, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these terms or that is reported and upheld by moderation.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, and design, belongs to the Dulwich Wine Society or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our consent.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in organising events and maintaining this website, but we cannot guarantee that events will always go ahead as planned. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from attendance at events beyond what is required by law.
